If you plan to mail your newsletter we recommend half fold. With this fold you can have your bulk permit printed directly onto your newsletter, thus eliminating having to put the newsletter into an envelope.

Prices are for personalized newsletters, bulk shipped to you for local mailing, and do not include our Direct Mail Program or freight.

Mailing Services

If it’s more convenient, we will prepare your personalized newsletters for the Post Office every month:

          • Folding newsletter to mailing size (8-1/2 x 5 1/2)

          • Generate mailing labels, Tab piece shut for mailing

          • Affixing labels to newsletters

          • Tie, bundle by zip code for mailing

          • Completion of postal forms

          • Delivery of newsletters to Post Office

          • Payment of postage

Total for prep & postage—42¢ ea.    (Less than the price of a postage stamp.)

There is a $25.00 setup charge for the initial imprint without a photo, and $35.00 for imprint with a photo. Any changes made to the imprint thereafter are made at a charge of $25.00 each time. 250 newsletter minimum

Payment may be made by personal check or business check. All orders, and changes must be received in our office no later than the 5th of the month preceding the next issue. Example: To receive the November issue, your order must be received by our office by October 5. We'll send an invoice in plenty of time.
Most of our customers prefer us to conviently and automatically charge their major credit card. This ensures a consistant and automatic process that keeps the Good News coming when agents get busy.
